Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena Welcomes New Board Member – Pasadena Now
As a new fiscal year begins, the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena welcomes Mehdi Emrani to its board of directors. Emrani, director of Comerica Bank, brings a passion to the club’s work with children and families in the community.

Mehdi Emrani is the Regional Director of Wealth Management for Comerica’s Greater Los Angeles Area Wealth Management Group. As a senior executive in the region, he leads a team of finance professionals who deliver an exceptional experience for high net worth clients, offering them a variety of services including wealth planning, investment management, personalized lending, private banking, trust services, insurance, and integrated financial solutions. His financial services experience includes over 15 years in the wealth management and commercial banking industry. Prior to becoming Regional Director of Wealth Management, he was responsible for commercial banking in the greater Los Angeles area. In this role, he led a team that served the financial needs of middle market businesses, providing credit, cash management, deposit and investment banking services to a diverse set of commercial businesses with revenue $50 million to $2 billion annually.
Prior to his work at Comerica, Emrani spent over 16 years with Wells Fargo Bank. He earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and his MBA from the University of Southern California. He lives in Pasadena with his wife, who is a speech pathologist in the Pasadena Unified School District, and his two children, ages 10 and 13.
