The new Overland Park facility welcomes on-site employees and supports those who will continue to work remotely in the region with coaching, team meeting spaces and technology support. The company announced the site in May 2021, but delayed the official opening to prioritize the safety and security of employees and the public. Employees hired since the beginning of 2021 work remotely.

New hires can expect a starting wage of $18 per hour, paid training during the licensing process, and an increase to $19 per hour once licensed . For applicants interested in earning a personal online insurance agent license, TTEC’s College of Insurance supports learners through the process of obtaining state licensing, including studying for the exam, scheduling the exam and paying all associated fees.
